This doesn't strike me as the most effective use of a Libertarian wikicity... -- 17:56, 16 Feb 2005 (GMT)

Oh, great. Let's have an argument right off the bat:

Oh, yes it is!

Well, it seems brand new. I am a Libertarian in Ohio and am anxious to learn how to expand efforts here. I am Barbara, I think I joined up with an account today, but I can not find my way around this site very well.

How does this differ from Libertarian Wiki? Pstudier 08:48, 24 Feb 2005 (GMT)

I didn't realise that one existed until now. A couple of differences are that this one is on a more recent version of the software. Libertarian Wiki is still using MediaWiki 1.3.9 and the old stylesheets. Also, this one is licensed under the GFDL, meaning content can be taken from Wikipedia, which you can't do on Libertarian Wiki. This one also forms part of a larger community, a great benefit of Wikicities, rather than being a stand alone community. Angela 11:28, 24 Feb 2005 (GMT)
From the bottom of each page of Libertarian Wiki: All content is available as Public Domain.. You can copy stuff and put it in your campaign literature without adding the fine print for the GFDL. Pstudier 18:16, 24 Feb 2005 (GMT)
Yes, which means you can't take content from Wikipedia or any other GFDL wiki. If users want to make their own content here available under the public domain, they can multi-license their edits. Angela 23:02, 24 Feb 2005 (GMT)
